Assam Arogya Nidhi-one of the scheme which has launched by the government of Assam to provide the financial assistance for the medical treatment of major diseases to the BPL category people .The central government shares 50% of the financial aid. It covers the diseases like –cancer, AIDS, heart diseases, road and rail accidents, bomb blast etc
Eligibility:
- Monthly income should be less than Rs 10000
- Application must me submit the prescribed format and required documents
Benefits:
- It gives the facility for the treatment in outside of the state
- BPL families those who are unable for treatment it helps them financially
Documents Required:
- Photograph of Patient(attested by the doctor)
- Income Certificate
- Prescription
- Residential certificate
- Bill of the hospital(Original)
