e-UGshala initiative to be launched in December

• Union Human Resource Development Minister Smriti Irani said e-UGshala initiative will be launched on December 25 to enable open access to digitised contents for undergraduate learning.
• The minister also talked about making the e-pathshala available on mobile phones to enable access to children in remote areas.
• After digitisation of the undergraduate level content, the next step is a e-PGshala for post graduate education.
