Funding Support for Contesting Anti-Dumping Cases

Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Govt of India has a Scheme to provide Financial Assistance for Contesting Anti-Dumping Cases. This scheme is under the Scheme for Market Development Assistance (MDA) to MSMEs.

Objective:

Initiating / contesting anti‐dumping cases by SSI Associations.

Eligibility:

All MSMEs with EM registration can apply.

Benefits:

Funding support for undertaking legal procedures.
