- At the counter-terrorism and homeland security dialogue scheduled in December, India and US may enter into an agreement on exchange of information on terrorists on a real time basis.
- The Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD-6) is a model text agreement proposed by the United States to India. US have already signed such agreement with 30 countries.
- Terrorist Screening Centre (TCS) of the US and an Indian agency will exchange the terrorist screening information.
- TSC is a multi-agency organization administered by FBI.
