Pre Coaching Scheme: Punjab

This scheme was launched back in 1997 for the welfare of children of Ex-Servicemen. The Ex-Servicemen served the nation whole life in extreme conditions and protected the nation from the anti-social elements of the world. After they retire they deserve to be provided assistance and help from the government. This scheme provides assistance to the children of Ex-Servicemen who have cleared the respective exam. The details are enlisted below:

Nodal Agency:

                Rajya Sainik Board, Punjab


  • Children of JCOs (including Honorary Commissioned officers) are eligible.
  • Children of Jawans are eligible.


Reimbursement of fees as:

  • Rs.3000 for SSB interview of NDA/IMA/OTA/Direct entry NCC.
  • Rs.4000 or actual fee whichever is less for PMT/CET Competitive Exam.
