The government of Tamil Nadu had launched the scheme for the development commercial complexes/marriage hall/community hall/convention centers with the maximum project outlay of Rs. 1 crore.
- Aims to provide financial assistance for construction of marriage hall/commercial complexes etc.
- Aims to provide essential equipments except land.
Eligibility:
- Proprietary, partnership and limited companies shall be eligible for assistance.
- Promoter’s contribution shall be at least 35%.
Benefits:
- 65% project cost provided by the government under this scheme.
- Loan can be repayed in 8 years.
- Receives loan at low interest rate.
