Department of Women and Child Welfare, Uttar Pradesh Government has announced a scheme to provide financial assistance to destitute women after her husband’s death to improve her economic condition.
Eligibility:
- Any destitute women whose husband has been died and whose children are minor or if adult but can’t nurture his family.
- Annual income of such women should not be more than Rs. 19,884 and Rs. 25,546 in rural and urban area respectively.
Benefits:
Financial Assistance of Rs. 300 per month will be provided to the beneficiary.
