Bachat and Sakh Samoh (Savings and Credit Group)

To promote the savings and thrift habits, the government of Madhya Pradesh launched the Bachat and Sakh Samoh (savings and credit groups).The main aim of this scheme is to enable women who belong from BPL family to save and increase their money with interest.

Eligibility:

• Women of BPL family
• The family should be listed in the survey of urban poor
• Income should be less than Rs 522.64 per month

Required Documents:

• BPL card
• Ration card
• Mark sheet
• Experience certificates

Benefits:

• The scheme provides Rs 25000 for continuously saving in a year.
• For saving more than Rs 500 they get more interest than others
