We are working on a project on an export oriented poultry farm.
The project for export of frozen poultry meat. of chicken, duck, ostrich, rabbit and boergoat.
The project will cost about 20 million inr.
Out of which the cost of land will be around 10 million inr.

Sir, my question is –

1) Will the cost of the land be included within the project OUTLAY ?
And hence may I understand that,

a) The outlay amount as 20 million inr.
b) The entrepreneur investment as 2 million inr
c) The bank loan should be 4 million inr, and
d) The SUBSIDY Amount will be 5 million inr. in the back end

2) Should we approach the bank after the deal agreement with the seller of the land?
