To make services more efficient and consumer friendly, the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas launched an initiative to seek suggestions from LPG consumers. The government has also made 2016 a ‘year of LPG consumers’ and to increase LPG coverage in the country the government has launched two online discussion forums – Citizen-Friendly Services and Increasing LPG Coverage, respectively.
The discussion forums can be accessed at myGov.in and mylpg.in, an official press statement said.
“LPG consumers/ citizens are requested to participate and share their thoughts on the respective forums online. Valuable suggestions/ comments are welcome and will be considered for improving the customer oriented services related to LPG coverage and delivery,” it said.
