  • The Narendra Modi government has signed a “historic peace agreement” with Nationalist Socialist Council of Nagaland (NSCN-IM), the Naga outfit named after its two leaders, Isak Chishi Swu and Thuingaleng Muivah, concluding talks that began in 1997.
