Rajasthan government exempts irrigation fee in 563 villages

News:

• Irrigation fee will be waived for farmers living in 563 villages of Rajasthan’s 12 districts, whose crop was lost above 50% due to untimely hailstorm and rainfall.
• The Calamity and Relief department had declared 563 villages of the state under scarcity hit, and this order would be effective till July 31, 2015.
