Construction Workers Health Insurance Scheme

Construction workers who are working in field have the maximum risk of having diseases and accidents. The cost for the healing from diseases are not affordable to the construction workers. This scheme by Rajasthan Government is to cover the construction workers under the Bhamashah Health Insurance Scheme. To insure the well-being of the workers Government has come up with this scheme whose key features are enlisted below:

Eligibility:

• All employees registered under the board and their families are eligible for this scheme.
• Patient should be admitted in hospital for at-least one day

Benefits:

• Under this scheme, for general diseases, health insurance of up to Rs 30,000 will be given yearly.
• For selected diseases, health insurance of up to 3 Lakh rupees will be given yearly.
