Madhya Pradesh govt to facilitate investments from East Asian countries

Madhya Pradesh government has endorsed plans to set-up Madhya Pradesh Investment Promotion Desk in East Asian countries in order to facilitate investments in this state.

• The prospective investors and their associations or bodies will be apprised of the initiatives taken under the Ease of Doing Business in the State.
• The country’s first PCB cluster for electronic products is coming up at Gwalior.
• The state government has suggestions about setting up of centres for learning Chinese, translating Industrial policies into Chinese and Oriental Culture Centre.
• A plan to set-up and encourage growth of micro, small and medium industries has also been endorsed.
