Railways to provide better amenities for Pushkarams

News:

• Passenger amenities at various railway stations are being spruced up by the authorities of Waltair Division of East Coast Railway as lakhs of pilgrims are expected to travel from north coastal Andhra to Rajahmundry for the Godavari Pushkarams.
• Six additional general booking counters will be opened in addition to the existing eight counters at Visakhapatnam Junction.
• All the additional counters would exclusively issue tickets from Visakhapatnam to Rajahmundry, Godavari and Kovvur Railway Stations only.
• Three new ATVMs have been installed at the booking office.
