Financial Assistance For Educational Organizations

Uttar Pradesh Govt. has come up with an initiative to provide recurrent grant according to financial condition and policies of governance to those organizations which take deep interest in education of schedule caste and operating primary schools to educate SC children. Only those institutions which are providing facilities of hostels and reading room/library for dissemination of education in SCs are given assistance.

Eligibility:

Schools operated by voluntary organizations should have minimum 50% SC students for availing assistance.

Benefits:

• Recurrent grant amount equivalent to the wages fixed according to pay scale is provided by department for the teachers in primary schools.
• Recurrent grant aided hostels/libraries are provided recurrent grant as fixed sum as per rules on the basis of items of recurring expenditure.
