- ‘Meekosam’, a portal for people to report grievances, problems and give suggestions, was launched by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.
About the Portal
- The portal, www.meekosam.ap.gov.in will record grievance based on Aadhar number.
- The person who posted grievance or suggestion could also track the progress of his/her application.
- An acknowledgement will be received via SMS/ e-mail once a grievance is registered.
- Meekosam also provides an option to classify complaints.
How it Works
- The grievance will be registered, tracked and forwarded to the department concerned.
- It will be escalated to higher authorities if the grievance is not addressed within a certain time-frame.
- The status of the grievance could also be tracked through a toll-free number 1100/1800-425-4440.
- A Call Centre has been set up to register and provide information on status of grievance applications.

When I intend to construct house and to prepare house building plan, to my utter surprise the then Municipal authorities informed me that a pipe line has been laid in my site from the water tank at hill top in 47 ward therefore no plan can be approved. This has been told verbally when I personally approached the GVMC authorities and promised me that I would be given house site (200 Sq.yards )from municipal area.
Since 2011 to till date even though correspondence has been done with GVMC authorities, gone to municipal water works office on 29 Mar 2012 on the request of JE (Water Works) no action has been taken till to date.
In view of the above, I request your goodself to grant me house site in municipal area or compensation according to present market rate to enable me to construct a small house.

My arji NO.20174-7616645 dt.22-6-2017.this is regarding assignment of house site to freedom fighters.My mother applied for the in 2006.she expired on 23-4-2007.Ever since it was pending with collector EG.Dt Kakinada and RDO Rajahmundry.in fact RDO Rajahmudnry submitted proposal to collector Kakinada vide his NO.D5192/2008 dated 25-7-2010 and in turn he asked some information vide his letter NO.E-8152013 dt 15-3-2013 and still peding with him .I do not know how many generations of legal heirs to wait for the piece of house site.The prime minister of India and CM AP are kind enough towards freedom fighters.But in district level they do nothing. Actually many of them in district level do not know what freedom fighters did to the country.Waiting for good action early.
