Home away from home: Hostel for SC/ST/OBC/Minority Boys: Delhi

Department for Welfare of SC/ST/OBC/Minorities has provided a hostel for boys belonging to poor families of SC/ST/OBC/Minority, studying in class XIIth or above in Government or recognized schools or colleges.

Objectives

To provide home like environment to students studying away from home.

Period to apply

In August/September each year.

Eligibility

• Boys studying in XIIth standard or above in Government or its recognised schools or colleges.
• Boys belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Minority community.
• The income of the parents of the boys should not be more than Rs. 1 Lakh per annum.

Benefits

All the facilities in the hostel are provided free of cost.
