Financial Aid for Fatality: Rajasthan Government

For the welfare of families of construction workers who have been injured or died; Rajasthan Government has come up with a scheme. This scheme covers all the construction workers registered in the board. The financial aid which will be granted and key features are enlisted below:

Eligibility:

• Construction worker should be a registered employee under the Board.

Application Deadline:

• In case of injury: Within 6 months after discharge from the hospital.
• In case of death: Within one year from the date of death.

Benefits:

The following cash benefits will be given under this scheme:

Death in Accident	Rs. 5 Lakh
Normal Death	Rs. 2 Lakh
Permanent Total Disability	Rs. 3 Lakh
Permanent Partial Disability	Rs. 1 Lakh
Serious Injury	Up to Rs. 20 thousand
Normal Injury	Up to Rs. 5 thousand
