OROP to be implemented after approval of modalities: Manohar Parrikar

• Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar told parliament that the ‘One Rank One Pension’ was discussed with stakeholders, and it will be implemented once its “modalities” are approved.
• He also added the principle of ‘One Rank One Pension’ for the armed forces has been accepted by the government.
