Package For Textile Units In MP

Objective:

Department of Commerce, Industries and Employment under Madhya Pradesh Govt. will provide package of facilities for encouraging the textile industries in the state.

Eligibility:

Cotton Ginning Mill, Spinning Mill, Textile Manufacturing Units, Readymade Garment Manufacturing Units and other textile projects with permanent capital investment of Rs. 25 Crore or more which are to be established in Madhya Pradesh.

Benefits:

• Single textile projects will be provided interest subsidy of 5% annually for 5 years on the term loan given by banks/financial institutions for investment in plant and machinery under the centrally promoted Technology Upgradation Fund Scheme (TUFS).
• Composite Textile Projects will be provided interest subsidy at 7% annually for 5 years without any financial limit.
