To encourage Animal Husbandry Business in state, Department of Animal Husbandry has launched various schemes. One among them is this scheme which intends to provide financial assistance to the people for setting up animal husbandry. Animal Husbandry is the most productive sector for self-employment generation. This scheme is for the development of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe.
Eligibility:
- Family of SC/ST who is lying below poverty line.
- Preference to those families who are led by Women.
Benefits:
Under this scheme 10% of the project establishment cost is taken from the beneficiary and rest of the amount is provided by the state government as financial assistance. The benefits of this scheme are enlisted below:
